ABOUT THIS BOOK

Description

Daily Drama Unfolds

As usual, a group of women arrived, full of attitude. Aisha followed behind them to their room. One of the women started ranting.

“Pointless job! Running around the streets like maniacs. If someone doesn't shut this girl's mouth, we’ll do it ourselves!”

Another joined in, “You better step away from Sadeeq. He’s way above your level, homegrown prostitute!”

Despite the insults flying, Aisha didn’t flinch. But as the women moved deeper into the compound, Aisha called out.

Aisha Claps Back

“Hey! What is your problem? You keep showing up here like the door wronged you. If someone did something to you, face them! Don’t just bark for no reason!”

She pulled off her headscarf and tied it around her waist, ready for action. The women looked at each other, stunned.

Hafsy gathered courage, “You’re the one messing with Sadeeq. That’s why we’re here!”

Before she could finish, Aisha slapped her—three solid times.

“My father is above your level! Don’t test me!”

Chaos erupted. A fight broke out, and when Aisha saw them trying to gather backup, she grabbed a club and smashed their legs until they limped out of the compound.

No Time for Shade

Other women in the house scoffed. One muttered, “She’s just full of drama. Her mother must be deaf—”

Before she could finish, Aisha turned, fists clenched.

“What did you say about my mom?”

“You think we’re scared of you?”

“Oh? So, now I’ll start cracking skulls till you explain yourselves!”

Another woman, Ramatu, threatened her.

Aisha replied, “You’ll beg me for help soon!”

Ramatu smirked, “You think you’re tough? I wouldn’t even hire you as a housemaid!”

Enter Easha: The Queen of Chaos

Just then, Easha made a dramatic entrance—face cap, saggy trousers, and a three-cutter top. She bounced in, hands in pockets.

“Who dared to touch Aisha?” she growled.

“It was Ramatu,” Aisha answered.

Easha cracked her knuckles. “Then she’ll know what it means to play with death.”

“She even insulted mom!” Aisha added.

“What!?” Easha roared. “Today we’ll remove her kidney and donate it to someone who needs it!”

Ramatu, terrified, ran into her room and locked the door.

The Fearless Trio

Suddenly, Shatu arrived and asked what was happening.

Aisha gave a full report. Easha, still bouncing, confirmed her plan.

“We’ll perform surgery—take her kidney and give it to someone more deserving.”

Shatu sighed, “Calm down. Life isn’t all about revenge.”

Aisha giggled, “Don’t worry, we have bigger news. Let’s go inside.”

Kidney or Land? A Tough Bargain

Later, a nosy old woman arrived, shouting.

Easha walked up to her, pulled a knife from her waist, and asked, “You came to donate your kidney too?”

The woman broke down, “No, I came to beg for mercy!”

Easha laughed, “Then give us your land documents.”

The woman begged and offered cows in exchange. Easha agreed—on one condition: bloody loyalty to the squad.

Eventually, she handed over the keys to her house. Aisha collected them and returned with the land papers and 15 cows.

When the old woman left, cursing them, Aisha and Easha laughed.

“Bloody, you did well,” Aisha praised.

Dressing for War

That evening, Easha dressed like a true street queen—armless black top, slashed jeans, white face cap covering half her eyes. She bounced out.

Passing boys hailed her, “Easha the badass! You’re not just a girl; you’re the real deal!”

“Damn right!” she snapped. “If anyone messes with me, I’ll ruin them!”

The Encounter with Faruq

Suddenly, a black car screeched nearby. A man got out angrily after nearly hitting Easha.

Without hesitation, he slapped her.

She caught his hand mid-air. “How dare you insult my father?”

She landed a clean slap on him.

“You slapped me?” he asked, stunned.

“Do you want more?” she threatened, bouncing.

He looked her over. “Are you crazy?”

“Oh, I’ll show you crazy. You scared of losing your car?”

They made a bet: if he didn’t move, the car would be hers.

He agreed, mocking her.

She took the keys, did a 360 spin, and drove straight toward him.

He leapt aside, scared for his life.

She laughed, “Congratulations, loser!”

He burned with humiliation as his friends gawked. She drove home in his car.

Back at Home: A Celebration

The whole compound buzzed about Easha’s new car. The rumors were wild.

In their room, the girls gathered around a meal Shatu brought. Their mom asked how they could afford it.

Easha casually explained how she got the car—and ₦50,000 inside.

“But don’t ask me to return it,” she added. “Every day we suffer, and you want me to stay silent?”

Her mom sighed, “I can’t fight fate.”

“But yesterday, you hurt an old woman. Go return her things.”

“Nope,” Aisha snapped. “That’s our rightful inheritance! She denied us, now we’ve taken it. Period.”

Faruq Can’t Forget

From that day, Faruq vowed to teach Easha a lesson—but also couldn’t stop thinking about her.

The girls? They enjoyed their victory, their cows, land, and the car.

Their world had changed, and they weren’t going back.
