Juwairiyyah kept shaking the baby, shaking her so hard hoping the baby will give out a loud cry or just open her eyes. Fear crept into her heart, she laid down the baby back on her bed, and sat there, stunned, out of words, lost in deep thoughts.
"Mamanah! Mamanah...." Juwairiyyah choked, kneeling down by the bedside. Even in her ignorance of the death symptoms, this cold skin of her beloved daughter confirmed her fear.
"Hajiya! Hajiya come to my aid! Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihir rajiuun". Juwairiyyah said in tears, she choked up again for the second time, before losing her consciousness. Just then hajiya azumi, hajiya raliya and alhaji Abbas came into the room, all shocked at the scene they saw.
"What could have happened?". Hajiya raliya asked in tears, feeling the baby's pulse.
"Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihir rajiiun, she's gone alhaji, help me look at her, raliya is gone"
Let's go to the hospital, we might be wrong about it.

Arfaat paced up and down, to and fro, as hot tears rolled down his cheeks, he has lost his only daughter, his heartbeat, HIS PRICELESS JEWEL, a daughter he denied being her dad, O Allah, have mercy on me. He looked up at Alhaji Abbas in despair, then at hajiya raliya and hajiya azumi, who has all been crying since after the doctors confirmed baby raliya's death. It all came as a shook to them, even thou they don't know her real father, but they've all grown fond of her, they loved her as much as they loved juwai.
"Its okay arfaat, take heart, the baby is not even yours; so please worry less and let's concentrate on praying for juwai to be back. She's been in that room for almost thr...."
He ended the speech as soon as he saw the red bulb at the entrance of the room juwairiyyah was taken off, and the doctor came out, sweating profusely.
"Doctor, how is she please?". Arfaat asked trembling, and holding the doctor's hand...."tell me shes okay please".
"We've managed to stable her condition, but no one can see her y...". Arfaat didn't even wait for the doctor to finish his statement, he went straight to the room, not minding to listen to the words the doctor was saying.
Juwairiyyah looked pale, cold and white, as if death has taken her also.

I want you back into my life, wants you back as my wife, please juwai". Still knowing the consequences of touching her, even knowing he has no right to touch her, he still did. "Arfaat! What the hell are you talking about?". Mai kunu asked shocked....."Don't tell me you denied the baby is yours?" She asked again, as tears rolled down her cheeks.
Alhaji Abbas, Hajiya Raliya and Hajiya Azumi all stood at the doorway, stunned and suprised at what arfaat is saying. Alhaji Abbas was super shocked, remembering all what he did to her, what if she died? Without him asking for her forgiveness and telling her how much he love her.
"Mama, lis.....". A very sound slap landed on arfaat right cheek, and another again on his left. "How dare you arfaat! How could you do a thing like that? What has gotten into you? Was this the type of training i gave you? Am disappointed in you arfaat, i really am". Mai kunu said, shaking arfaat as tears of sadness keep rolling down her cheeks...."she's gone now arfaat, she's gone. Are you happy?".
"Mama pleas..."
"Shut up arfaat, shut up!"
"Calm down please my child, this is a family issue; let's all be patient and see how juwairiyyah is". Hajiya azumi said in a shaky voice.
Mai kunu shoved arfaat aside, and sat by the bedside, holding juwairiyyah's hand.

She held juwairiyyah's hand so tight, praying silently in her heart for juwai. And deep inside, thinking what she is going to do to arfaat. He definitely must pay for what he did, she'll show him how a responsible father and son acts

Mai kunu moved forward to separate them, but hajiya raliya stopped her; shaking her head...."let them be please".
Juwairiyyah stayed in the hospital for three days, and all those days; arfaat never left her side, they cried together, remembering there little princess. They all forgot what they have in mind together, spent every single moment together, falling inlove and inlove again. Arfaat knows, that he loves juwai morethan anything, and he can do anything just to get her back, and he will.
They all sat silently in the big sitting room, as juwai narrated every single detail about her relationship with arfaat, she told her parents that she lied, shr lied when she told them that arfaat raped her. Arfaat also gave his own side of the story, and their parents listened attentively. Hajiya azumi couldn't help but burst out laughing.
"You children are silly, what type of game was this?". She said
Arfaat was shy, so shy that he stooped so low and joined juwairiyyah in her silly game.
