Description

Desperate Pleas and Secret Desires
She let out a strange moan, trembling intensely, then grabbed Amrah’s hand and said, “Please, don’t leave me.”
Amrah smiled. She knew for sure that she had finally gained full control over Hidaya, exactly the way she wanted. Money had always been Hidaya’s weakness—once a woman spent money on her, she would display all kinds of seductive styles. She held her like a child clinging to her mother, sucking as though she were drinking milk, playfully teasing her nipples.
Hidaya cried out loudly, clinging to her and saying, “You’re the reason I love you. May God keep us together.”
Seeing how wildly she was kissing her like a madwoman, Amrah quickly pressed their lips together and slipped a finger inside her. When she saw how soaked she was, she quickly shifted her position and began licking greedily, like a witch possessed.
Suddenly, the phone rang. She jolted upright, holding her head as she instantly came back to her senses. Hearing the ringing, she looked at Amrah and said, “I’m in serious trouble. Could it be that Saheer has returned to the country?”
Amrah replied, “It’s already half past one in the night.”
Fear, Power, and Calculated Confessions
“That’s Saheer for you—there’s no time he won’t return unexpectedly. What bothers me is that he never informs me,” Hidaya said, holding her head. “My head is spinning. If he sees me, I don’t even know what excuse I’ll give.”
Amrah said, “Honestly, there’s a problem. But go and check—if it’s his car, I’ll change rooms.”
She stood up shakily and peeped outside. When she saw Saddam, she clicked her tongue softly and turned back, saying, “It’s Saddam.”
Amrah rubbed her waist and said, “Honestly, I really enjoyed myself.”
Hidaya bit her lips and said, “No, there’s an issue. I’ve known for a long time that Saddam watches my movements closely. I have to be careful.”
Amrah replied, “He’s not your husband, so why should you care?”
Hidaya sat down and held her head. “No, Saddam is Saheer’s son. I must be careful around him. Whatever he reports, his father believes him more than you can imagine.”
“May God make it easy,” Amrah said.
Hidaya returned to the bed, pulled Amrah closer and said, “Baby, what do you want me to give you today? You’ve really lifted my spirits and pleased me.” She said this while rubbing her breasts.
Amrah smiled, stroking her face. “My Hajiya, whatever you give me, I’ll accept as long as it comes from you.”
Hidaya hugged her tightly, as if someone was about to snatch her away. “Okay, you’ll hear a big alert.”
They laughed. Amrah then asked, “Thank you, my Hajiya. But doesn’t Hidaya have children? Where are they?”
Hidaya laughed and said, “Who do you think can raise those children? Their grandmother took them, saying they’ll be returned after our honeymoon.”
Amrah said, “That’s a problem. What if they start monitoring us?”
Laughing loudly, Hidaya replied, “Are you crazy? I won’t even keep them near me. Even in my first marriage, I never allowed my in-laws to control me. Saheer himself tolerates me. I heard his wife died, and my mother said she finally found a chance to push me into Saheer’s house. You know my mother—she doesn’t joke with clerics; she spends heavily on them. Look at how they treated his wife—it was like slaughtering an animal.”
Amrah nodded. “By God’s power, Hajiya, you’ve been married before? This isn’t your first marriage?”
Hidaya smiled faintly. “No, this is my third. The first died, the second—I killed him. This third one is my choice, not because I love him, but because of his money. Money is what keeps me in this house.”
Amrah looked at her sharply. “Money?”
“Yes. He and his wife had an accident together. He was injured badly, which made him refuse marriage at first. When I was brought to him, I realized things weren’t as I imagined. After two weeks of nothing happening, I confronted him. He showed me medical reports and begged me to keep it secret. He said I was free to leave if I couldn’t cope. I told him I had no problem as long as he kept paying me—and that’s how we sealed the deal.”
She laughed and brushed her bangs aside. “That’s why I don’t even stress about food. He can’t mistreat me because his mother adores me, and he doesn’t want to upset her.”
Morning Reality and a Daughter’s Humiliation
The next morning, Nimrah struggled to get up, holding her aching head. Hearing her father’s voice, she quickly stood and came out. He said, “So, wealthy woman, this is when you decide to show yourself? Nimrah, stop this nonsense. The world is harsh—look at Hafsatu sitting there washing. Even if it’s just plates, help her.”
Nimrah glanced at the seated woman and said, “By God, Malam, she denied me food yesterday. As far as I’m concerned, everyone should be responsible for their own meals.”
Hafsatu stood up and said, “There you go—give her full freedom. Let her go out, roam around, come back, and cook whatever she likes.”
The man sat down. “So she still hasn’t stopped going out?”
Hafsatu replied, “What exactly do you expect her to stop? By God, if you don’t stand firm against her, one day she’ll bring disgrace upon us.”
He said, “Indeed, to God we belong and to Him we return. I seek refuge from this dark destiny. Nimrah, may God guide you. You probably didn’t even pray, did you?”
Nimrah answered, “By God, Malam, I did. I was hoping you’d give me money today so I could go out and look for a job. Maybe God will help me succeed.”
“Look for trouble, not a job,” he snapped. “You’re an expert liar. You’re grown, yet you’ve stopped eating. I see no benefit in all the effort I spent on you. All your younger ones are married, yet you’re still here. I don’t blame Hafsatu for denying you food—we’ve finished raising you, and you’ve repaid us with disgrace. Feeding you is now an obligation, otherwise I would have stopped long ago.”
Nimrah stared at her father silently, said nothing, and turned away dragging her feet. When he left, she rushed back and poured out the hot water she found on the stove. Hafsatu shouted, “I hate nonsense! Is it my bath water you’re taking? I woke up early to heat it while you were sleeping.”
“By God,” she added, “if you annoy me further, I’ll bathe you with this water.”
