ABOUT THIS BOOK

Description

The Lion King of Alhamra
In the middle of that vast kingdom, a magnificent royal palace was built. The structure itself was a symbol of sovereignty—everything about it was designed to display supreme authority.
Inside the palace, in the grand throne room, stood a royal throne forged from thousands of tons of gold. It illuminated the entire hall with a radiant glow.
Upon that throne of honor sat King Nourdeen.
He wore a heavy royal robe richly embroidered with gold. But what would make anyone freeze in place was that his head and face were not human.
He had the body of a man, but his head and face were that of a majestic lion.
The lion’s mane covered his neck and chest, flowing down over his royal garment. A magnificent crown rested upon his head, further emphasizing his divine authority. This lion form was no natural creation—it was a powerful mystical transformation he had performed to prove to the world that he was not merely a man—he was POWER itself.
The enchantment was meant to instill fear in the hearts of the people of Alhamra City and beyond. No one had ever seen the King’s true human face.
No one dared look directly into the eyes of Lion Nourdeen. If you made the mistake of locking eyes with him, you would never sleep peacefully again. His glowing eyes were not human—they radiated a light capable of capturing the soul of any guilty person.
King Nourdeen sat in deadly majesty, surrounded by imposing royal guards.
The royal forces were divided into important units:
The War Army—the King’s outer strength, powerful warriors ready at any moment should he decide to wage war against the world.
The Bodyguards—the backbone of the King, responsible for securing the palace and guarding its secrets.
The Security Force—the lifeblood flowing through the kingdom. Each had a duty: some maintained the massive palace grounds, others monitored the flows and operations, while some safeguarded the luxurious treasures.
The Maidservants handled cooking, cleaning, and countless domestic responsibilities.
In a grand kingdom like Alhamra, work never ended, and everyone had a fixed position that could not be altered.
✨✨✨
On this day, King Nourdeen sat in his glory, meeting with the wealthy billionaires of Alhamra. Despite their riches, they sat on small chairs of respect, heads bowed to the ground in honor of the Lion King.
The meeting concerned modern construction projects and ways to increase the kingdom’s wealth.
One of the wealthy men, Alhaji Hadi—known for his greed and lack of compassion—leaned forward and said,
“Your Majesty, King of Honor! We have brought a proposal to ensure development progresses properly. We must increase taxes on the poor who live in the lowland streets. This will force them to sell their lands to us so we can build more luxury structures there. They may suffer a little, but it will strengthen your reign.”
King Nourdeen gave a slight nod—like the deliberate motion of a lion. His face hardened, sending fear through the room.
Despite the pride and terrifying authority he carried, King Nourdeen did not support injustice.
He raised his heavy lion’s hand and placed it firmly on his golden throne. His deep, powerful voice echoed through the hall:
“Withdraw this proposal. Alhamra does not need wealth gained through oppression. Oppression of the poor is weakness to my throne. I will not support it. Rise and return with a clean suggestion.”
Alhaji Hadi and the others stood weakly, bowing deeply in apology.
The Princess Who Feared Nothing
Within the grand metallic and golden palace of Alhamra lived a slim, beautiful girl no older than sixteen. She was Princess Firdos, fondly known as Chingching.
Chingching had just come from the private football field inside her area of the palace grounds, not far from the King’s throne hall. She wore short football shorts and held a ball in her hand, clearly just finishing a game. Despite the cool palace air, her body was covered in sweat—proof of her energetic, restless nature.
The security guards assigned to her section ran after her, trying to stop her. If the princess was allowed to roam freely across the open palace grounds without clearance, it could cause serious alarm.
Seeing they were trying to stop her before she reached the King’s hall, Chingching ran even faster. She dribbled her ball as she ran, her hair bouncing wildly down her back. Being athletic and physically active, she felt no strain from the speed.
The palace bodyguards saw her and rushed after her, but she had already reached the King’s area, still dribbling her ball at the entrance. She cared little for palace rules.
As she approached the throne room, she collided with the wealthy men who were rushing out, still shaken by the Lion King’s anger.
In their haste, they pushed her at the doorway. She stumbled, nearly falling. In panic, some female attendants quickly grabbed her. They knew that if the princess so much as touched the ground, the Lion King would deliver severe punishment.
The men trembled with fear, apologizing repeatedly.
King Nourdeen rose from his throne in fury—the wrath of the lion visible for all to see. His beloved daughter, whom he cherished more than anything, had been pushed.
The billionaires immediately dropped to their knees before him, apologizing frantically.
But Chingching walked toward him with dramatic sweetness.
“Daaaad…”
She rested her head against the broad, fur-covered chest of the Lion King. In a soft, pleading voice she said,
“Let them go… it was by mistake.”
