ABOUT THIS BOOK

Description

A car drove into a large house in a tightly packed neighborhood. The house was a duplex, beautifully built, mashallah. Its black gate alone was enough to make someone stop and stare, or even use it as a background because of how striking it looked. Inside, the compound was covered with well-laid interlock paving stones stretching across the premises. Flowers were arranged all around the front of the house, and by one side there was a garden filled with different kinds of fruit trees. On another side was a parking lot with three cars, including the one that had just arrived: a blue Sport car, an ash-colored BMW, and a pure white Rolls-Royce already parked there.
The car door was opened immediately and someone stepped out. I paused, eager to see who it would be, and then out came a very handsome young man. At most, he could not have been more than 27 years old. He was youthful and full of life. Truly, from head to toe he was very attractive, and also strongly built. He was not fair-skinned, but chocolate-colored, with that rich, glowing complexion. He was tall and broad as well, mashallah. He began walking into the house with a calmness that seemed to be his constant companion.
__________Mashallah, mashallah, what an amazing house. Everywhere looked like a paradise on earth. It had a huge sitting room, the kind I only see in foreign movies. Everything inside was royal blue and white, all sparkling clean. Chairs were arranged in the large parlour, making up four full sets, and there was also a huge flat-screen TV in perfect condition. The curtains were extremely beautiful too. The sitting room was very spacious, and it clearly was not meant for just one person, because an entire family could comfortably sit there in luxury.
Slowly, the young man looked around at everything. At once, he let out a gentle smile, then opened his mouth and said in a soft voice,
“Soon my wish will come true, in this house,” he said as he sat down on one of the chairs in the parlour.
